Omaha Rapid Response meets people in the middle of life’s storms.
Omaha Rapid Response is a global nonprofit providing emergency disaster relief to areas affected by natural and man-made disasters in the name of Jesus Christ. With crews currently on the ground in Texas after the destructive flooding this year, Omaha Rapid Response remains ready to answer the call. During the devastating 2024 storm season in Omaha and the surrounding areas, Omaha Rapid Response deployed more than 3,000 volunteers and is still assisting families impacted by catastrophic flooding in 2019. They’ve deployed relief teams in Texas, Iowa, Mississippi, Florida, Kentucky, and overseas- all because of people in our communities that have said “Yes!” to being the hands and feet of Jesus here on earth.
As the ministry is set to celebrate their 25th anniversary this year, they recently took ownership of a property that has space available to host small concerts, pool baptisms, discipleship training, and much more.
